This course is designed to introduce both new and existing staff to the core concepts of the ISO standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS). 

Its goal is to help learners gain a clear understanding of how ISO principles are integrated into our daily work practices and organizational processes.

           

Some general guidelines:

• The course is divided into four modules. You must successfully complete each module’s assessment to progress to the next.
• To receive a Certificate of Completion, you need to:
  • Achieve a score of 90% or higher
  • Complete the Feedback Survey
