Welcome to the Introduction to Healthcare Overview course.

The module gives new staff an overview of how health care facilities are managed from membership right up to claims so that they provide quality services to our members. Staff will also be introduced to the different structures within the AfroCentric Group.

Some general guidelines:

  • Please complete the pre-assessment before continuing with the course. The course content will only become visible to you once you have finished the pre-assessment.
  • This course consists of 7 modules. You need to pass each module's assessment in order to progress to the exam. 
  • You need to achieve 90% in the exam in order to receive your Introduction to Healthcare certificate.
