Welcome to the ADRM Chronic Conditions  course.

Some general guidelines:

•      This course consists of 9 topics.

•      You are required to start with the Introductory topic, where after you can choose the order in which you complete the rest of the topics.

•      Each topic has a set of self-check questions at the end of the topic.

•      You need to complete all 9 topics and achieve 90% in the self-check quizzes in order to receive your ADRM Chronic Conditions certificate.
